Question: Who supports implementation and ongoing training for Sterifre customers?

Answer: Sterifre’s team of Infection Preventionists will work side-by-side with you to develop site specific protocols for implementation as well as the policies and procedures you need on an ongoing basis.


Question: Where can I put the AURA system in my facility?

Answer:AURA can be placed anywhere there is access to a standard electrical outlet.


Question: Do I need special installation hardware?

Answer: No special installation required. Simply plug and play.


Question: Is there a warranty on Sterifre equipment?

Answer: Yes. With our guaranteed services, all equipment, supplies, training and maintenance are included for one cost effective price.


Question: Do I need special training to operate the AURA system?

Answer: All the training you need is part of our service. AURA utilizes a simple push button operation.


Question: How do I get replacement AURA-D cartridges?

Answer:  AURA-D cartridges can be ordered and shipped to you based upon the number of systems in your facility. Need more cartridges? Simply call your customer service representative.


Question: Is AURA safe for electronics?

Answer: Yes. With AURA, you do not have to worry about scratching, fogging, or cracking your valuable equipment.
